Creates a new Matrix for spherical billboarding that rotates around specified object position.

Parameters

objectPosition
Type: Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Vector3
Position of billboard object. It will rotate around that vector.
cameraPosition
Type: Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Vector3
The camera position.
cameraUpVector
Type: Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Vector3
The camera up vector.
cameraForwardVector
Type: Nullable<Vector3>
Optional camera forward vector.
